Gift packages include a set number of dream films as described at purchase. The recipient uses the gift link to describe and receive filmed dreams. Unused keepers do not expire.

Lune Film is for personal, non-commercial use — dreams, memories, and gifts between people who care about each other. We reserve the right to suspend access for misuse of the platform.

This platform was built for something tender. The kind of gift that asks someone to share an inner world. That trust matters to us, and we take responsibility for the space we create.

Some content cannot be made here, and that is intentional. The service actively prevents the generation of anything depicting the sexual exploitation of children, harm to children, or domestic and sexual violence. These are not just stated rules — they are built into how the service works at a technical level. Such requests are blocked before they ever reach the video process.

The dreams you describe and the videos produced from them belong to you. By using the service you grant Lune Film a limited license to store and deliver your content. We will never share your dream content publicly without your consent.

We aim for continuous availability but cannot guarantee it. Video generation typically completes within ninety seconds but may take longer during high demand. We are not liable for delays.

Lune Film is provided as-is. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected gift package.

We may update these terms with reasonable notice. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance.
