What we collect
When you purchase a gift, we collect your email address and the recipient’s name you provide. When a recipient uses a gift, we store the text of their dreams and the resulting video files. We do not collect payment card numbers — those are handled by Stripe.
How we use it
Your email is used to send your gift link and a purchase receipt. Dream text and videos are stored to deliver the product and allow recipients to revisit their archive. We do not use dream content to train models or share it with third parties.
Storage and retention
Dream videos are stored on Cloudflare R2 and remain accessible at their permanent URL indefinitely unless you request deletion. Gift code records are retained for accounting purposes. To request deletion of your data, email hello@lune.film.
Third-party services
We use Stripe for payment processing, Supabase for database storage, Cloudflare R2 for video storage, and Resend for transactional email. Each operates under their own privacy policy.
Cookies
We use Plausible Analytics, which is cookie-free and does not collect personal data. No tracking cookies are set.
