Refund Policy

If you have not used any credits on a gift code, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase. Email hello@lune.film with your order confirmation and we will process the refund promptly.

If some credits have been used, we will refund the pro-rated value of unused credits, calculated at the per-credit rate of your original purchase tier. Refunds are issued to the original payment method via Stripe.

Refund requests submitted more than 14 days after purchase are evaluated case by case. We are a small team and will do our best to be fair.

Dream videos that have been generated are not refundable — compute costs are incurred at generation time. If a video fails to generate due to a technical error on our end, the credit is automatically returned to your balance.
